Just like Gentle Yoga, but with more of an emphasis on relaxation. Connect your mind, body and spirit while developing strength and flexibility. Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle and let yourself enjoy this low impact workout.
HATHA YOGA All Levels
Energize your mind and body with this class. You will be guided through refreshing yoga while lengthening and shaping your entire body. Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and the need to start your day out right are all you need for this class.
STRUCTURAL YOGA WITH PILATES All levels
Connect your mind and body while developing strength and flexibility utilizing specific yoga moves to improve posture and structural imbalances in the body. Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, are all you need to enjoy this class.
LATIN DANCE FITNESS All levels
This class is Merengue style dance with moves sure to burn calories and have some fun.
CHAIR YOGA All levels

INTERMEDIATE YOGA All levels

Cardio Yoga is a vigorous, athletic style done at your own pace and level of ability resulting in improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
PILATES All Levels Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.
