Due to class size limitations, all members wishing to participate in any class need to sign-up at the front desk no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Sign up closes 5 minutes after the class starts.

Class Descriptions

Spin
(All Levels) There’s a reason why you loved to ride your bike as a kid. Experience the same exhilaration you felt back then and get the health and fitness benefits you need now that you’re all grown up. Ready to ride? Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a sense of adventure are all you need to get started!

Pilates
(Beginner/Intermediate) Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise to increase core strength and flexibility. As an added benefit, this class will also help you to align your mind and body with focused and controlled breathing. Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and the need to have a stronger mind and body are all you need for this class.

Core Construction
(All Levels) It’s time for a gut check. Let our personal trainers help keep you fit and firm in the middle. This class is designed to strengthen and tone your core with various exercises for the abs and lower back. Ready for tight abs? Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and motivation for a firmer mid-section are all you need to feel the burn in this class!

Gentle Yoga
(Beginner/Intermediate) Connect your mind, body and spirit while developing strength and flexibility. Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle and let yourself enjoy this low impact workout.

Hatha Yoga
(All Levels) Energize your mind and body with this class. You will be guided through refreshing yoga while lengthening and shaping your entire body. Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and the need to start your day out right are all you need for this class.

Restorative Yoga
(All Levels) Relieve your body of life’s daily stresses with this restful and nourishing class. Breathing and relaxation are the focus here. Come ready to let go of your stress.

Flow Yoga
(All Levels) This class includes a flowing arrangement of postures designed to incorporate breathing awareness, stretching and strength training. Come in workout clothes and don’t forget the water!

Healthy Aging
(For Seniors) These lively education sessions, produced by Stanford Medical School’s SAGE (Successful Aging Growth Experience) program, have been developed to help you age well. Join us each week for education, support, encouragement and positive life change. Seminars are free and open to everyone.

Silver & Fit
(Seniors) Join us each week for a class designed specifically for seniors! The workout is designed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Stanford University. Open to men and women, this class is provided by Silver and Fit. Visit www.silverandfit.com for more details!

Body Ball
(All levels) A full body fuctional training workout using your own body weight as resistance along with the resista-ball and medicine balls for extra resistance. Make sure to bring water!

Run Smart
(Intermediate/Advanced) Want to improve your mile time? Come try it out! Tuesdays are sprints and Thursdays are hills. This class is run outside, so dress accordingly.

Boot Camp
(All Levels) Get ready to get your butt kicked! This class is an intense full body workout that is sure to get you moving! The Boot Camp workout includes strength training, flexibility and balance exercises utilizing medicine and stability balls, BOSU balls, bands and steps. This class is perfect for men and women of all fitness levels. Bring water!

Turbo Kick
(All Levels) This is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a Tai-Chi like cool-down.
